COMNET was established in 1995 as a fully owned subsidiary of Industrial Research Limited and traded under the names ComNet Technologies and ComNet Networks. In 2005 Industrial Research decided to move out of Information Technology business at which time the COMNET trademark was purchased by the current management and incorporated as ComNet Limited.

ComNet Limited was founded to offer a unique approach to IT support, carrying out proactive computer and server maintenance to client systems thereby reducing the need for reactive and expensive call outs. You can be assured that our ICT solutions are based on first-hand experience, and that we use and are trained and certified in the technology we recommend to you. ComNet office is located in Auckland where it continues to increase its market share in the SME sector.
