Casual Arrangement
No monthly fee, you pay only for the service you request. This arrangement is suitable for very small organisations that don’t have a server and require only occasional break/fix type service.

Silver Service Agreement
Under this agreement, for a flat monthly fee, we will proactively maintain your server and take total responsibility for preventing spam, spyware and viruses, optimising system performance, and ensuring server backups are happening consistently.

Gold Service Agreement
Under this agreement no matter how big the server problem is and how long it takes to solve it, ComNet Solutions will carry out the work within the agreed fixed monthly fee.
And if for any unforseen reason such as hardware failure, the server breaks down, we will restore the full server functionality at no cost.
